Link Multiple Identities
Hey, I Know You
Imagine that Julien and Andrew are both connected to the same people. Is it possible that they are the same person? InfiniteInsight® Social uses advanced node pairing techniques to link individuals with multiple identifies, automatically.
Why does this matter? Well, in the communications industry, node pairing can be invaluable to find individuals with multiple handheld devices (multi-SIM users) and “rotational churners” (individuals that jump between subscriptions and handheld devices to take advantage of new subscriber promotions).
How about fraud prevention? Node pairing can be used to identify thieves who impersonate someone else to conceal their identity. Or different types of networks can be merged to prevent crime (for example, matching voice calls with internet logs).
- Pair nodes and networks automatically
- Set thresholds for matching based on number of common neighbours, proportion, similar strength of links, etc.
- Use node pairing to identify multi-SIM (multiple handset) users which alarmingly amounted to 1% of their subscriber base (Asian mobile operator)
- Detect 2,000 rotational churners a month by analyzing 10 million phone numbers (“nodes”) (European communications provider)
