KXEN Recognized as a Leader in Customer Analytics Solutions by Independent Research Firm

KXEN, the leading provider of predictive analytics for business users, today announced that it has been named a leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Customer Analytics Solutions, Q4 2012” report (October 2012). KXEN received the top score among all vendors for “Customer References”, which includes “Customer Satisfaction” and “Net Promoter” scores and clients reported significant productivity gains from KXEN’s factory approach to model development.

According to Forrester, data management and data integration continue to haunt customer analytics users, inhibiting the wider adoption of customer analytics. As cited in the report, “KXEN’s InfiniteInsight suite of products delivers on the need for agility in core modeling processes as well as the need to directly address customer lifecycle applications of analytics, from acquisition to cross-sell and upsell.”
